Arrival: Airport – Arusha

Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Soon after clearing all the immigration procedures at the airport, meet our driver-guide and transfer to the hotel in Arusha town, about 50 minutes drive, on your way you will enjoy seeing mixed plantations of coffee and banana trees. Relax and spend the night at your Hotel on half board basis before you start your safari the next day.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire

Just after breakfast, leave Arusha for Tarangire National Park.
This National Park is famous for its marvelous baobab trees, rolling savannah, and acacia woodland; see the Tarangire River which crosses the park with its importance to flora and fauna of the park. Have lunch there at the picnic site in the park, continue the game drive and later drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

In the morning just after breakfast drive directly to Serengeti national park via Ngorongoro Gate. Have picnic lunch on the way to Serengeti. Arrive in Serengeti Park late in the afternoon, do the animal viewing en route all the way to sunset.

Day 3: Full day Serengeti National Park

Full day safari in the Serengeti national Park, early morning game drive starts at around 6.00AM (optional) you can organize with your guide! All big five games can be viewed; lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and even the famous wildebeest migration depending on their location in the park. In the afternoon, hot lunch in the lodge, later continue with the game drive in Serengeti Park.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

We leave Serengeti early in the morning, with packed lunch; descend into the Ngorongoro Crater floor for the crater tour. Explore one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders on a full day game drive. This park is home to all of Africa’s famous wildlife and has its own unique ecosystem. The view from the rim into the crater floor is simply incredible with its pastel-coloured landscape and wildlife roaming the floor. Animal spotting is easy in this largely flat and open crater floor. Leopards, lions, hyenas and jackals can be found on the floor as well as elephants, buffaloes, wildebeest, zebras, ostriches and rhinos. Lunch will be served at a lovely lakeshore in the crater.

Day 5: Mto wa Mbu

Early morning after breakfast, we drive to Mto wa Mbu where we will do the local activities. Nature walks in Bananas and Rice plantations which will take us all the way down to the Lake Manyara to see the local fishing. See the Makonde tribe on their art carving and later pass by the waterfall to wash off all the dust. What an adventure that is! And finally visit the Maasai village for the traditional dances as we drive to Arusha.
