TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Booking Safari:

Upon confirming safaris with Brown Parrot Safaris a client will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the entire safari cost. The balance of the safari cost will be due 30 days before arrival. In the event a reservation is made within 30 days before travelling dates, the client will be required to pay full cost of the safari at the time of confirmation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

The client will be refunded up to 50% of the initial deposit if cancellation note is received 60 to 40 days before arrival. Initial deposit is non refundable for cancellation received 30 days before arrival.

 

Claims and Refunds:

There will be no refunds for any missed tour services such as unused sightseeing trips or meals. Any possible claims should be well documented and should reach us within one week following end of your safari tour. Any claim received later than that will not be considered.

 

Prices and Arrangements:

Quoted tour prices include planning, handling and operational charges, and are based on current rates of international currency exchange, local tariffs and taxes. We reserve the right to adjust the tour prices to cover increases in these costs and any expenditures or losses incurred while on tour caused by tour members.
