Day 1: Global Orphanage Visit
Start your journey with a visit to the Global Orphanage. Spend the day interacting with the children and learning about the orphanage’s vital role in the community. Overnight: Masai Land Safari Lodge.
Day 2: Shalom Center Community Day
Continue your humanitarian journey with a visit to the Shalom Center. This is a beautiful opportunity to see how local grassroots initiatives are changing lives. Overnight: Masai Land Safari Lodge.
Day 3: Arusha Life – Markets & Color
Dive into local life with a visit to the vibrant Arusha Vegetable Market followed by the Maasai Market. Experience the local trade and pick up authentic beadwork and fabrics. Overnight: Masai Land Safari Lodge.
Day 4: History & Art
Visit the National Natural History Museum to learn about Tanzania’s ancient past, followed by an afternoon at a premier Art Gallery to see contemporary African masterpieces. Overnight: Masai Land Safari Lodge.
Day 5: Maasailand Schools & Tarangire
Drive into the heart of Maasailand to visit Noosuyan and Lesimingori schools. After a meaningful morning with the students, continue to Tarangire National Park. Overnight: Tarangire River Camp.
Day 6: Maasai Culture or Morning Game Drive
The choice is yours: Visit a traditional Maasai Boma to learn about their ancient customs, or head out for an early morning game drive in search of Tarangire’s lions. Overnight: Tarangire River Camp.
Day 7: Full Day in Tarangire National Park
A full day dedicated to the “Home of the Giants.” Explore the Silale Swamps and the Tarangire River, home to massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Overnight: Tarangire River Camp.
Day 8: Journey to the Crater Rim
Travel toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Arrive at the rim and check into your lodge to enjoy the most spectacular sunset views in Africa. (No crater descent today). Overnight: Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.
Day 9: The Ngorongoro Crater Floor
Descend into the world’s largest intact caldera for a full-day tour. Track the endangered Black Rhino and enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool. Overnight: Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.
Day 10: Depart for the Serengeti
Journey into the vast Serengeti National Park. Enjoy a “game drive en route” as you cross the plains toward the central Seronera Valley. Overnight: Angata Camp Serengeti.
Day 11: Full Day Serengeti Exploration
A full day in the heart of the wild. Track the “Big Five” and follow the migratory herds across the endless golden savannah. Overnight: Angata Camp Serengeti.
Day 12: Serengeti Adventure Continues
Another full day to explore hidden corners of the Serengeti. Focus on big cat sightings—lions, leopards, and cheetahs—that thrive in this ecosystem. Overnight: Angata Camp Serengeti.
Day 13: Serengeti to Manyara Region
Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti before driving back toward the Rift Valley escarpment. Overnight: Kilimamoja Manyara (Oldeani Mountain Lodge).
Day 14: Lake Manyara National Park
Explore Lake Manyara, famous for its groundwater forest and tree-climbing lions. In the afternoon, return to your lodge for your final evening overlooking the highlands. Overnight: Kilimamoja Manyara (Oldeani Mountain Lodge).
Day 15: Scenic Brunch & Departure
Conclude your journey with a relaxed, gourmet brunch at the lodge, soaking in the 360-degree views of the Rift Valley. Late in the day, transfer to JRO for your flight home.
