Day 1 – Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at JRO, your Brown Parrot Safaris guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha. Relax after your journey and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with views of Mount Meru.

Day 2 – The Heart of the Community
Spend the day visiting the Wiwochi and Global Centers, where you will meet local children and learn about the inspiring grassroots initiatives supporting the surrounding communities. This meaningful introduction offers insight into the human side of Tanzania and the positive impact of community development projects.

Day 3 – Art & Cultural Heritage
Visit the renowned Cultural Heritage Centre, home to African art, sculptures, gemstones, and cultural exhibitions. Later, explore the vibrant Maasai Market, where local artisans display handcrafted jewelry, fabrics, paintings, and souvenirs.

Day 4 – Maasailand & Tarangire National Park
Drive through Maasailand and visit Noosuyan and Lesimingori schools to experience local community support projects firsthand. Continue to Tarangire National Park, known for giant baobab trees, large elephant populations, and diverse wildlife along the Tarangire River.

Day 5 – Full Day in Tarangire
Enjoy a full day exploring Tarangire’s varied landscapes and wildlife-rich ecosystems. Visit the famous Silale Swamps, where large numbers of animals gather during the dry season, including elephants, zebras, wildebeests, and numerous bird species.

Day 6 – Tarangire to Manyara Region
Begin with a morning game drive in Tarangire before departing toward the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Keep an eye out for predators and the park’s unique wildlife as you make your way toward the Manyara region.

Day 7 – Mto Wa Mbu Cultural Experience
Visit Mto Wa Mbu, a lively multicultural village famous for its local traditions and farming communities. Enjoy a traditional African lunch and interact with local residents before returning to your lodge to relax and enjoy panoramic highland views.

Day 8 – Lake Manyara National Park
Explore Lake Manyara National Park, known for its lush groundwater forest, large baboon troops, flamingos, and famous tree-climbing lions. The park’s scenic beauty and varied habitats make it one of Tanzania’s most distinctive wildlife destinations.

Day 9 – Journey to the Serengeti
Travel toward the legendary Serengeti National Park with game viewing along the way. As you enter the vast plains of the Serengeti, enjoy sightings of wildlife scattered across the open savannah before arriving in the Seronera area.
Overnight: Angata Camp Serengeti
Day 10 – Seronera Valley Safari
Spend a full day exploring the wildlife-rich Seronera Valley, one of the best locations in Africa for spotting big cats. Lions, leopards, and cheetahs are commonly seen here alongside elephants, giraffes, and large herds of plains game.
Overnight: Angata Camp Serengeti
Day 11 – Exploring the Endless Plains
Continue your Serengeti adventure with another full day of game drives across the endless plains. Depending on the season, you may encounter the Great Migration herds or search for elusive predators such as serval cats and caracals.

Day 12 – Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti before traveling toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim with time to admire the remarkable views and sunset over the crater.

Day 13 – Ngorongoro Crater Tour
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day safari on the crater floor. Search for the endangered black rhino, observe hippos, lions, and large herds of grazing animals, and enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by spectacular scenery.
Overnight: Ngorongoro Serena Lodge
Day 14 – Scenic Departure
After breakfast overlooking the crater, drive back to Arusha for optional shopping or relaxation before your transfer to JRO for your international departure flight.
